It is not easy to lose weight which has gained due to improper eating disorder. But it is not going to be that much difficult if we know the proper ways to burn fat. Burning the fats present in our body depends on exercises and the food we intake. Let us see some better ways to burn these extra fats in our body.

*Accelerate Your Metabolism. Remember dieting is not distasteful task. Make sure 80 percent proportion of your diet should increase your metabolism rate and remaining percent can be that which you want to eat.try to eat every 3 hours of interval in such a way so that you can take 6 small meals in a day. This will constantly keeps metabolism rate higher. You can also boost up your metabolism rate reading books instead of watching TV.

*Hit Gym Regularly. Taking a decision is easy, but following it is difficult. The best way to burn fat is to workout hard as you can, says Melick Diop, a trainer at equinox gyms in Newyork.Try to go to gym regularly so that your body can adapt to your workouts easily and can more calories.

*Try variety Workouts. Don’t stick on to one single workout. If you jog one day try cycling or swimming or biking the next. If you weight train from shoulder down one day, begin with legs workout next time.

*Breathe Through Your Nose. During exercising, try to inhale and exhale through your nose rather than your mouth. This will help to stabilize your heart beat rate, which will help you to conserve your energy .So you can exercise for longer time and eventually you can burn more calories.

*Exercise In The Morning. Your body will become fit and active by exercising regularly in morning time. Also don’t exercise with empty stomach. Try to have some fresh fruit juices before starting workouts.

*Drink Water & Have Breakfast. Try to drink water more frequently; because of this the stored fats and toxins in our body will get flushed out. Never skip the breakfast because it is essential to fill the proteins and nutrients required for our bod

*Practice hydrotherapy & cardiovascular Exercises. Go for cardiovascular exercises which will give strain to your entire body. Each and every part of your body will be involved to perform these exercises. Hydrotherapy is also an effective natural therapy to reduce extra fats.
